Desiree Andrews (she/her) is a passionate advocate for storytelling and equity in the arts, which has inspired a dynamic career dedicated to supporting independent artists. Currently, she serves as the Senior Development Manager at Full Spectrum Features, where she focuses on advancing representation and equity through impactful fundraising and artist support initiatives.
Her career has spanned diverse roles, including Senior Manager of Institutional Giving at Sundance Institute, where she oversaw multimillion-dollar grant portfolios and developed initiatives supporting BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and underrepresented artists. She has also served as Director of the Sebastopol Documentary Film Festival, Program Associate at Aspen Film, and Assistant Editor at Tin House Magazine.
Desiree’s career reflects a deep commitment to amplifying diverse voices in literature and film. With international experience as a travel editor in Ecuador and a reporter in Iceland, she brings a global perspective to her work. Driven by her love of storytelling, Desiree excels at building meaningful connections that empower artists and create lasting impact.
